January always brings a sense of possibility. A clean slate. A moment to pause, take stock and decide what you want the year ahead to look like. For many people who are exploring whether they might be neurodivergent, the New Year is often the point where they finally decide to get the support they need. And that’s precisely why 2026 will be such an important year for us at The ADHD Centre.
We know how life-changing the right diagnosis, treatment, and guidance can be. So this year, we’re not just continuing what we do, we’re growing, expanding, and strengthening our services to support you in more meaningful, practical ways than ever before.
If 2026 is the year you’re ready to understand yourself better, we’re here with more options, more expertise, and more ways to help you live the life you deserve
The neurodiverse landscape

One of the biggest developments for 2026 is our expanded assessment range, now including support for conditions like autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia, alongside our well-established ADHD pathways since 2009. This broader scope aims to attract individuals wanting comprehensive evaluations.
There are no long waiting lists with many same-day or next-day appointments available. We can also guarantee continuity of care. The same consultant will treat you throughout your time with us. The benefit to you is simple: a broader, more integrated understanding of your needs with immediate support.
For many people, seeking support can feel like joining the dots between several challenges. By offering a wider range of assessments under one roof, we can help you see the whole picture, reduce time spent bouncing between services, and ensure your support plan mirrors your life, relationships, education, and work.
You may be just starting your journey or revisiting things later in life; either way, we’re making it easier, quicker, and more straightforward to get the answers you need.
New year, new events
January is one of our busiest months, and this year's new expert-led events are designed to inspire and motivate schools, parents, employers, and HR teams to explore neurodiversity support. Here is some of the fantastic feedback we have received from past events:
“I have a better understanding of how ADHD impacts workplace functioning and what meaningful adjustments look like.”
“Clear, detailed, and highly relevant. I now feel much more confident about implementing adjustments and supporting my wider team, thanks Jennifer. The recording of the session also helps as I've shared that internally with our HR Team.”
“One of the most informative sessions I've attended. The examples and frameworks for workplace assessments were especially helpful. Myself and the team will be signing up for other events.”
Why not join one of our free upcoming events:
20 January – Neurodiversity in Schools: Anxiety, Stress & Emotional Dysregulation
Aimed at schools, parents, SENCOs, and educators, this event focuses on understanding the emotional pressures that many neurodivergent children experience. We’ll explore how anxiety and stress show up in the classroom, how emotional dysregulation affects learning, and what adults can do to create calmer, more supportive environments. REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
28 January – Small Changes, Big Impact: Simple Workplace Adjustments for Neurodiversity
We have designed this session for corporate teams, HR professionals and managers who want to support neurodivergent staff more effectively. We’ll share practical, achievable adjustments that make a big difference to confidence, productivity, and wellbeing at work. REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
11 February - ADHD in Primary Care: Differentiation, Shared Care & Clinical Confidence
An evidence-informed session to help clinicians determine whether a patient’s difficulties are truly driven by ADHD, by another condition, or by both. REGISTER FOR THE EVENT
Full details of our events are available on our website, and we’d encourage early booking, as the sessions always fill up quickly.
Supporting schools, employers and organisations throughout the year

Neurodiversity awareness is growing across the UK, and more schools and workplaces are looking for reliable, evidence-based guidance. That’s where our specialist team comes in. 2026 will also see us expanding our training and partnership programmes. We’ll be offering:
- Training programmes for schools and education providers, helping teachers, SEN teams and leadership staff better understand ADHD and related conditions
- Workplace needs assessments, providing clear recommendations for employers supporting neurodivergent staff
- Tailored training for organisations, whether you’re a small business or a large corporate, looking to build more inclusive processes and culture
- If you’re a school, university or education provider interested in working with us, you can reach our Partnerships Team at partnerships@adhdcentre.co.uk . They’ll talk you through how we can support your staff, students and wider community.
How our growing services support you directly
All these developments, from broader assessments to workplace training, come back to one core aim: making support easier, faster and more comprehensive for you. We are building a neurodiversity hub designed to support your journey every step of the way.
This means more clarity and less uncertainty, especially if you’ve spent years trying to work out whether your challenges relate to ADHD, autism, dyslexia or a combination of factors. You no longer need to navigate multiple services to get the answers you deserve.
It also creates smoother pathways to the right help. With more services under one roof, your assessment, treatment and coaching journey becomes joined-up, consistent and tailored to you.
Support in the environments that matter most becomes more effective, too. Whether you’re in a classroom, lecture hall or workplace, we’re equipping the people around you with the knowledge and tools they need to support you properly.
And as our services expand, so does your community. The ADHD Centre has always been a place where people feel understood, and this growth simply means there are now even more ways to access that same understanding and connection.
Make 2026 your year
If you’re thinking about starting your neurodiversity journey this year, here are a few prompts to help you get moving:
- Start with what you’re experiencing right now.
- Write down what feels challenging, confusing or overwhelming. Patterns often appear when you see things in one place.
- Talk to someone you trust.
- Sharing your observations with a partner, friend, or colleague can give you perspective and encouragement.
- Notice the environments where you struggle most.
- Is it work? Studying? Managing daily tasks? Decide what to prioritise first.
- Permit yourself to explore.
- You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out for help. Awareness often starts with curiosity.
- Take things one step at a time.
You don’t need to decide everything at once. Even booking an initial call or reading through our services is progress.
We know that seeking support can feel daunting, especially if you’ve spent years masking or coping quietly. But we also know how transformative the right help can be, not just for you but for your family, your work and your daily life.
2026 is shaping up to be our most supportive year yet. More services, more training, more clarity, and more opportunities to understand yourself with confidence and compassion.
If this is the year you’re ready to take that step, we’re ready to walk alongside you.
