Child and Adolescent (17 and Younger) Assessment Costs
The cost of an initial assessment with our Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in ADHD is £1595 for In-Person appointments and £1295 for Online appointments
As part of your assessment, you will receive a detailed report outlining the full diagnostic assessment.
Ongoing Medical Care
If required the cost for follow-up consultations with your Consultant Psychiatrist are £295. We can also offer a repeat prescription service, which will be charged at £75 per repeat prescription. If you have a follow-up appointment, then this cost will be included in the follow-up fee and therefore not charged in addition.
Once you are on a stable on a medication regime, then if you wish, we can set up a Shared Care Agreement with your GP so that they can take over the prescribing of any medication that may be indicated in your treatment plan. We have standard protocol documents for this procedure. This would mean that your prescription would then become an NHS prescription at their standard rate. Please note we cannot guarantee a Shared Care arrangement with your GP but we would suggest you discuss this with your GP in advance.
If Shared Care is desired at the appropriate time then we will at this stage need to share your clinic letters with your GP, however you will be given a chance to review these letters and if appropriate have any particular personal information removed that is not pertinent to your ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

Setting up a Shared Care Agreement with your GP
If you choose to go on medication, once you are on a stable regime, then if you wish, we can set up a Shared Care Agreement with your GP so that they can take over the prescribing of any medication that may be indicated in your treatment plan. We would encourage you to discuss your plans for a Shared Care Agreement with your GP before you commence on treatment with the ADHD centre, so that they are informed and involved early on.
