Debbie is an experienced Registered Nurse for people with Learning Disablities (RNLD) and facilitator with a passion for improving the lives of children, young people and families. She has worked across health, education and local authority services for many years, supporting organisations to design and deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative and strengths-based, helping individuals feel understood, valued and empowered throughout their journey.
Debbie has undertaken extensive professional development in neurodevelopmental conditions, child development and family support. Her background combines practical frontline experience with specialist training in ADHD, autism and service improvement, enabling her to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred support. She is committed to ongoing learning to ensure her practice reflects current research and best practice.
