Pranita is an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist and Neurodiversity Specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning the NHS, occupational health, statutory social care, and digital health practice. She brings a rare and genuinely distinctive combination to the field: formal diagnostic training in both ADHD and autism assessment, alongside deep expertise in workplace needs assessment, occupational health, and executive function coaching.

About Dr. Pranita Salunke

Having grown up with neurodiversity in her own family, Pranita understands firsthand the profound impact that ADHD, autism, and related conditions can have on daily life, relationships, and occupational performance. This lived experience sits at the heart of her clinical approach — strengths-based, person-centred, and always anchored in what matters most to the individual and those around them.

Pranita is particularly passionate about the workplace — helping employers and employees to understand neurodivergent needs, implement practical adjustments, and build environments where people with ADHD, autism, and co-occurring conditions can genuinely thrive. Her occupational therapy lens means she assesses function, environment, and context — not just diagnosis — producing reports that are clinically defensible, practically grounded, and legally sound under the Equality Act 2010.

She holds a master’s degree in Preventive Cardiology from Imperial College London and integrates evidence-based behaviour change, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness principles into her coaching practice. She is a published author and has delivered corporate training and keynote speaking at senior levels across various organisations, including at the House of Commons.

Pranita works with adults and children across the neurodiversity space and delivers workplace needs assessments, OT-directed executive function coaching, and corporate neurodiversity training. She is committed to making the invisible visible — and to translating clinical insight into real, lasting change for personal and professional fulfilment.
