Alexandra Loewe, BMus, MA, DipTCA
ADHD & Mindfulness Coach at The ADHD Centre
Alexandra Loewe brings 30 years of experience in education and mentoring, having worked with diverse groups across ages and abilities. She has guided young people in building social and creative skills, supported elderly individuals with dementia in singing programmes to reconnect communication pathways, and now works as a qualified ADHD coach with adults and children on the autism and ADHD spectrum. Alexandra has trained as a mindfulness practitioner for children and adults and has an online Essential Mindfulness for ADHD course via the ADHD Centre website. She is the Wellness Lead at the ADHD Centre.
In addition to her work in ADHD coaching, Alexandra leads workshops on: unpacking ADHD for schools and universities, sharing strategies to increase emotional intelligence and mental resilience, and on: accommodations in the workplace, alongside personalised one-to-one coaching.
She also offers bespoke parenting courses to support parents who have children recently diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. This is a highly specialised programme to strengthen executive functions, combining mindfulness exercises with brain-training games to support focus, organisation, and resilience for parents and their children. She has also created an online Essential Parenting Course accessible to any parent, with or without an assessment from the

Regional Lead Consultant Psychiatrist & Certified Lifestyle Physician at The ADHD Centre
Dr Catherine Muyeba is a Regional Lead Consultant Psychiatrist based in the North West of England. She is a specialist in general adult and addiction psychiatry with extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis and management of mental health and substance misuse disorders in adults and young persons in the community, in-patient units and in prisons.
She is particularly interested in dual diagnosis relating to Adult ADHD, and the importance of treating the conditions concurrently.
