Overview
Creating a neuroinclusive workplace doesn’t require major investment — often, it’s the smallest adjustments that make the biggest difference. This practical, evidence-based session will walk organisations through simple, effective workplace adjustments that support employees with ADHD and other neurodivergences to thrive.

We’ll explore how minor changes to communication practices, teamwork structures, task design, and working environments can significantly reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and enhance overall employee performance. The session will also highlight the latest assistive technologies and tools, and the role of internal awareness training for HR teams and line managers in building a confident, inclusive culture.

Participants will leave with clear, actionable recommendations they can begin implementing immediately, along with a deeper understanding of how neuroinclusive adjustments improve wellbeing, productivity, and retention across teams.
