She specialises in diagnostic and workplace assessments for adults with ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other specific learning differences. Joanne’s work bridges the gap between clinical assessment and workplace application, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals receive meaningful adjustments that improve focus, wellbeing and performance.

In addition to her assessment work, Joanne provides neurodivergent coaching to help adults build self-awareness, confidence and practical strategies to manage attention, focus and wellbeing. Her coaching is strengths-based and solution-focused, empowering clients to harness their abilities and perform at their best. Joanne also delivers consultancy and training to organisations seeking to improve inclusion and psychological safety. She draws on her extensive occupational-psychology background to help employers understand how factors such as job design, communication style and organisational culture affect neurodivergent employees.
