Dr. Ajay Mansingh is a highly experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist based in a Community Mental Health Team in an NHS Trust in the home counties surrounding Greater London.
Awards & Recognition
He completed his General Adult Training along with endorsement in Liaison Psychiatry on the Bartholomew’s and Royal London Psychiatry Scheme. He has a special interest in neurodevelopmental disorders, mainly ADHD and Autistic spectrum disorders and Sleep disorders. He is very keen on identifying and treating these disorders where they present along side mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders and personality disorders.
He has a wide range of expertise working in NHS and private adult ADHD services within London and is highly passionate about delivering the highest quality of care for his patients.

After hearing from my GP that an ADHD…
After hearing from my GP that an ADHD assessment could take up to 2 years to come through, I decided to go private as I was really struggling.
My experience throughout with the ADHD centre has been excellent. Dr. Mansingh gave me a very thorough and comprehensive assessment, which reassured me that he was making an informed diagnosis.
After much consideration I decided to try medication, which was carefully monitored, and this as well as coming to terms with being neurodiverse and making adjustments in how I work, and schedule my time, has been transformative.
