A Workplace Needs Assessment is an impartial, confidential service delivered online, or in person designed to identify solutions to any barriers an employee may be experiencing in their role as a result of a disability or neurodivergent condition.

These assessments focus on recommending reasonable adjustments that enable individuals to perform at their best and thrive in the workplace—while aligning with your organisation’s policies and processes.

We work with your existing neurodiversity and inclusion policies, and if applicable, incorporate your approved list of adjustments or preferred suppliers into our recommendations. Where no policy is in place, we can guide your team on best practice and implementation options.
