I am a qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with over 16 years of experience in the UK working in the community and dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. My extensive clinical background covers a wide range of mental health issues, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, perinatal psychiatry, and psychotic disorders.
I have a particular passion for working with ADHD , ADHD in woman, impact of perimenopause and menopause and presentation of ADHD in woman and perinatal mental health,. As the lead clinician for a busy crisis team, I’m experienced in managing high-need cases and providing tailored treatment plans.
Beyond clinical work, I enjoy teaching and training, sharing knowledge to help others understand and support mental health better. I believe in listening carefully and creating a warm, supportive environment where my patients feel heard and comfortable.
