Dr Louise Ementon-Shaw


Dr Louise Ementon-Shaw has a broad clinical background in terms of training and experience. She initially qualified as a Paediatrician before training to become a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and also a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychotherapy. As such she is qualified to work with both young people and adults, and offers a thoughtful, thorough and holistic approach to her patients.

She has worked with all age groups as a Consultant and in a variety of settings – Community CAMHS, Adolescent and Adult inpatient services in London, Oxford and the North West.

She has a wide range of experience assessing and treating patients with Neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, including in those patients with learning difficulties and hearing loss.

Dr. Mukesh Kripalani MD FRCPsych

Consultant Psychiatrist


Dr. Kripalani is our lead Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in adult ADHD, general adult, rehabilitation and early intervention psychiatry.

He has been appointed as Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission and was also a Regional Representative for the General and Community Faculty of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

He attained the prestigious Fellowship status with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2018.

Dr. Kripalani is keen on actively pursuing psychiatric research in the UK today. He has published research widely on a variety of topics including ADHD.

He remains a firm believer in evidence-based practice and personalised medicine.

Dr. Debra Keay MBBS MRCPsych

Consultant Psychiatrist


Dr. Keay’s is the ADHD clinical lead for a London based NHS Trust. She has extensive experience in working with the range of child and adolescent mental health problems with a particular interest and expertise in assessment and management of Neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, Autistic spectrum disorders and Tic disorders. She also regularly assesses and treats anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, psychotic and eating disorders.

Dr. Kulik MD MRCPsych

Consultant Psychiatrist


Dr Kulik previously worked in an Access and Assessment service in East London, which allowed him to see patients with a wide range of conditions, in particular depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, Adult ADHD and psychotic conditions, as well as treating patients who abuse substances.

In his independent practice, he further developed his expertise in Adult ADHD and co-morbid conditions.

Dr Kulik has also worked for the Care Quality Commission reviewing the standards of care provided by different Trusts across the country.

Alexandra Loewe, BMus, MA, DipTCA

ADHD Coach & Mindfulness Coach


Alexandra Loewe has worked for 25 years in education and mentoring, working with young people to develop their social and creative skills, with elderly with dementia to regain communication pathways and with adults and children on the autism and ADHD spectrum.

She has worked in schools as a mindfulness practitioner and has developed a vocal health strategy incorporating mindfulness and confidence building. She runs workshops in EI and follows this up with one to one life coaching and personalised presentation skills programmes. She works as an ADHD coach with adults and children.

Helen is a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist with 20 years experience working in private practice and with organisations across the full range of corporate psychological services.

Her specific expertise with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) has assisted many organisations with their employee mental health and wellbeing programs.

Dr. Morrison is a Counselling Psychologist with many years of experience working both privately and within an NHS multidisciplinary CAMHS team.

Dr. Ragunathan has more than 30 years of experience as a doctor and has worked with a broad spectrum of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Rupert Pearson BA (Dunelm), PGCE

Private Tutor and Educational Therapist


Rupert Pearson is a professional tutor and mentor for primary through graduate students. Particular interests of his include facilitating learning with ADHD together with commonly co-occurring needs. Examples range from giftedness and ambition, to neurodevelopmental needs such as dyslexia and to maladaptive learning behaviours and schema like ‘maths anxiety’, defeatism and dysfunctional perfectionisms. Consultant Adult Psychiatrist


Dr. Rao works as a Senior Consultant Adult Psychiatrist and has over 18 years of experience in psychiatry. Along with Adult psychiatry, he is also trained in Rehabilitation psychiatry. He has breadth of experience in the treatment of various mental disorders such as ADHD, Depression, Bipolar disorder , Neurotic disorders, Psychotic disorders, OCD, and Treatment Resistant cases.

He was part of the research team at Oxford whilst which looked at optimum maintenance treatment for Bipolar affective disorder.

In his assessment and management of ADHD, he follows evidence based practice and keeps himself up to date with the latest developments in the field. As a clinician, he is empathetic and caring.

Dr Jayaprakash has worked extensively in the field of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry assessing and managing a wide range of mental health conditions.

She has worked as a Consultant in a Neurodevelopmental and Learning Disability Service. She has also previously led a Social communication Assessment Team which carried out multi-disciplinary ASD assessments. She currently works as a Consultant in an ADHD service, which assesses, diagnoses, and treats ADHD.
